STEP into Global Markets: Training MNC Export Teams for Success
STEP Institute recently conducted a daylong, in-house training for the export department of a leading multinational enterprise (MNC) in Pakistan’s food sector. The session focused on building practical understanding of global food trade dynamics — including evolving compliance landscapes, emerging consumer trends, and high-opportunity markets. It also explored how the MNC could better leverage its global networks and value chains to unlock new export potential.
